Wilkins Electric, LLC is a family owned and operated business owned by Adam and Kasie Wilkins. Originally called "Simply Wilkins", the "enterprise" came about when Adam was in junior high. For several years he provided various services to the citizens of Plainfield including lawn care and snow removal as well as any other labor-related services requested. When Adam got his Master Electrician license, Simply Wilkins was incorporated into Wilkins Electric, LLC. After 35 years in Plainfield, the family move to a home on some acreage in the countryside about ten minutes from the Wilkins Electric shop and yard located on the east side of Plainfield.
